To understand the why you have to know a little history. Before starting Easy Web, we spent years in a call center providing hosting tech support. Our background is predominantly troubleshooting hosting and website issues.
Tech support was often a frustrating experience for many customers as well as the technicians. Many calls were customers frustrated with their developers. Sites that were poorly constructed, unreliable, and constantly broken. Their developers wouldn't help, didn't know how, or worse...wouldn't even pick up the phone. It was hard to find customers to find good reliable help and developers that could build quality websites.
We wanted to help so, we searched high and low for good resources to point our customers towards but, it just wasn't out there.
